INACAP, a large higher-education institution in Chile, was facing slow, limited in-house printing and copying services that created long wait times, inefficiency, and concerns around cost transparency and document confidentiality for its students. Xerox Corporation, working with its partner Cynersis Chile, addressed the need for a faster, more reliable printing experience using the Multiprint solution.

Xerox Corporation helped implement Multiprint kiosks powered by Xerox WorkCentre 57XX series multifunction printers, giving students secure, self-service access to printing across campus locations. The solution reduced workload for support staff, cut waiting times, improved confidentiality, and enabled printing at any time, seven days a week; it is now used by more than 220,000 students across Chile and has helped improve service ratings and overall student satisfaction.
