Hollandridderkerk, a Netherlands-based provider of innovative graphic media solutions, helped Lexus dealers extend their red-carpet customer experience with more personalized sales collateral. To meet this challenge, Xerox Corporation supported the effort with a solution aimed at creating a more premium, one-to-one brochure experience for prospects and showroom visitors, using Xerox and XMPie technologies.

Xerox Corporation and Hollandridderkerk implemented the “My Next Lexus” personalized magazine-style brochure, built with XMPie uStore, Xerox FreeFlow Core, XMPie PersonalEffect, a Xerox iGen4 Press, and Xerox FreeFlow Print Server. The result was highly positive customer reaction, stronger dealer follow-up, and a more effective sales tool that helped keep Lexus top of mind; the program was also profitable for Hollandridderkerk and led to two additional Lexus jobs.
