Hivatalos Safety Creates Secure Documents

Hivatalos Press, the Budapest-based security document and ticket printer, needed to keep pace with growing demands for anti-counterfeiting features while maintaining cost-effective, environmentally compliant production. The company turned to Xerox Corporation and its Xerox D95 digital press, along with PerszonX variable data printing software, to support secure, high-quality output for small print runs.

Xerox Corporation implemented a solution centered on the Xerox D95, which delivers up to 95 pages per minute and a monthly capacity of up to 700,000 pages, plus finishing options such as stapling, punching, booklet-making, and folding. PerszonX enabled barcode and personalized data printing across 5,000 variable data fields, helping Hivatalos Press improve efficiency, reduce energy and material use, and cut production waste while strengthening document security.
