Xerox Corporation helped HF Group build a new business model for its Book Partners subsidiary by automating workflow, improving short-run and print-on-demand book production, and supporting sales and marketing strategy with business development consulting. The result was a faster-growing division that quickly became HF Group’s top-growth segment, accounted for more than 10% of overall business, and delivered 30% growth while enabling new offerings such as Thesis on Demand and PrintMyGenealogy.
