GHC Media, working with Xerox Corporation, wanted to help Clinique strengthen loyalty and increase spending among its top 2,000 customers in Malaysia. As a print and cross-media marketing provider, GHC Media needed a way to create a personalized campaign that could also track results more effectively than its previous catalogue and brochure efforts.

Using Xerox Corporation’s XMPie technology and support from Fuji Xerox, GHC Media delivered a 1:1 direct marketing campaign centered on a personalized calendar. Customers received emails with a unique URL to customize the calendar and choose a pickup location, then got follow-up reminders by email and text message. The campaign generated a 47% response rate, 672 completed calendars, a 303% ROI, and 13% of redeemers purchased Clinique products at pickup.
