Generali Hellas Insurance Company S.A. needed to bring the printing of 325,000 insurance contracts a year fully in-house, while doubling annual page volume to about 17 million, increasing colour and personalization, and improving quality without driving up costs. Xerox Corporation was selected to help modernize its print operations.

Xerox Corporation designed and implemented a fully managed print production room using two Xerox Nuvera 144 systems and a DocuColor 5000, along with FreeFlow workflow software and on-site staffing for print handling and dispatch. The result was a rapid setup, 20% faster contract printing, and a 10% reduction in printing costs, with additional savings from producing more sales and marketing materials in-house.
