Expres Printing Finds New Level of Productivity

Expres Printing, a graphic arts division of Tubman Co., wanted to raise its quality standards, improve the price-quality ratio for clients, and expand from offset-like output into more flexible digital printing applications with personalization. To meet these goals, the company turned to Xerox Corporation and its digital print technology, including the Xerox® iGen4™ and Xerox 700.

Xerox Corporation installed the two presses at Expres Printing’s Cluj-Napoca headquarters, along with a Xerox plotter and specialty media, helping the company streamline workflows, improve print quality, and increase production capacity. The setup enabled monthly output of up to 4.5 million high-quality prints, supported the launch of Romania’s advanced online printing platform PRINTUP.RO, and added eco-friendly benefits such as recyclable components and non-toxic toner.
