Eurasian Bank, a major commercial bank in Kazakhstan, was managing a complex multi-brand printing environment with 230 devices and needed a way to improve workflow, control costs, and let employees focus more on core banking tasks. To address this, the bank turned to Xerox Corporation and its Xerox® Managed Print Services (MPS) solution.

Xerox Corporation assessed the existing print infrastructure, rationalized the fleet, and deployed Xerox® D110, Xerox® WorkCentre® 7835 and 5855 MFPs with Xerox® ConnectKey technology, along with YSoft® SafeQ and Xerox® DocuMate® scanners. The project delivered an early 20% reduction in print volumes, cut the fleet nearly in half to 120 Xerox devices, improved secure information sharing, and gave IT centralized management for faster service and less downtime.
