AutoMail, LLC’s Document Output Center (DOC) needed to stay competitive by offering color printing and expand its ability to print more types and higher volumes of jobs, but traditional inkjet roll-fed presses were too expensive and space-intensive. Xerox Corporation was the vendor considered as DOC looked for a compact, cost-effective way to bring color production in-house through the Xerox® Rialto® Inkjet Press.

Xerox Corporation implemented the Xerox® Rialto® Inkjet Press, which fit DOC’s workflow and budget while adding in-line finishing capabilities like a dual stacker and perforation. The result was strong business growth: DOC expanded into new commercial and industrial print markets, improved its bottom line, and grew an average of 145% annually, with enough success to add a second Rialto press to its fleet.
