Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), a major venue and events management organization in Dubai, needed to modernize its print environment across 4 locations and more than 800 users. To improve efficiency, security, sustainability, and cost control, DWTC worked with Xerox Corporation to replace standalone printers with a more centralized print management approach.

Xerox Corporation delivered Managed Print Services, consolidating 316 standalone devices from multiple vendors into 112 Xerox multifunction printers and implementing FollowMe printing, centralized service support, and monitoring/billing by service area. The new setup improved productivity and security, reduced waste and energy use, and is expected to cut total printing and copying costs by 25%.
