188 Printing Group, a Thai design and print bureau, wanted to help one of its major customers pitch a new calendar product to Thailand’s largest bookstore. The challenge was to produce a digital print sample that would reduce production costs without sacrificing the high image quality expected for artwork reproduction.

Xerox Corporation’s Fuji Xerox 700 Digital Color Press (700 DCP) addressed the concern with vivid color, offset-like quality, and precise reproduction of fine brush strokes. The result was a polished calendar sample that won a new project for 188 Printing Group’s key customer and showcased the bureau’s expanded digital printing capabilities and design standards.
