Xerox Corporation redesigned Cablecom’s invoices to include personalized promotional messages alongside billing details, and managed the formatting, printing, packing, and sending of both black-and-white paper invoices and color electronic invoices. The result was a more effective and flexible customer communication channel, with improved promotion performance, clearer billing communication, and lower costs through black-and-white printing and fewer inserts.
