Xerox Corporation helped Apex implement the Apex Connect dynamic patient statement platform, which creates fully personalized billing statements using patient data and is produced on Xerox® DocuPrint® MICR and Xerox® DocuTech® HighLight Colour Systems with Xerox® FreeFlow® Print Server. The solution delivered measurable gains for Apex customers, including a 10% increase in cash yield and a 10% reduction in costs. It also drove a 350% increase in use of lower-cost online payments and reduced the number of statement cycles needed to secure payment.
