Allina Health, a not-for-profit healthcare organization with 82 clinics, 11 hospitals, and more than 24,000 employees, needed to improve efficiency and reduce costs while freeing staff from managing a complex mix of printers, fax machines, scanners, and service issues. To address this challenge, Allina Health turned to Xerox Corporation and its Xerox Managed Print Services offering.

Xerox Corporation implemented a networked print environment across Allina Health’s hospitals and clinics, right-sizing the fleet and simplifying printing, copying, faxing, driver deployment, and maintenance. The result was about 1,400 multifunction devices across 11 hospitals, stronger workflow and energy efficiency, improved document security, and an estimated $750,000 in first-year savings, while allowing doctors, nurses, and staff to focus more on patient care.
