Agility Logistics Dubai worked with Xerox Corporation to improve its printing environment across multiple offices. The company needed faster, more reliable devices with less downtime, while also gaining better control over supplies usage and overall printing costs. Xerox Emirates, representing Xerox Corporation, assessed Agility’s workflow and print processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Xerox Corporation implemented a Managed Print Services (MPS) solution that included new Xerox multifunction printers and YSoft SafeQ print management software. Using a Lean Six Sigma-based assessment, Xerox helped Agility streamline consumables and break-fix processes, improve visibility into print activity, reduce downtime, and lower service and IT support needs. The result was a more efficient, easier-to-manage, and less costly printing environment with better cost control and resource planning.
