Xerox Corporation implemented an Office Productivity Assessment, optimized the hospital’s device fleet with secure multifunction printers, added DocuCare services for on-site support, and installed a Xerox iGen3 Digital Production Press for in-house print-on-demand. The result was more than $300,000 in annual savings on equipment and services, over $250,000 saved each year on color materials, 99% device uptime, 30% savings on forms through web-based forms management, and improved compliance and customer satisfaction across the hospital system.
