Xerox Corporation expanded its Managed Print Services program with a phased optimization of devices and support, standardizing print infrastructure, implementing secure features like Secure Print Release and NIAP-certified Xerox® ConnectKey® multifunction devices, and managing everything behind the customer’s firewall. The result was a more flexible and secure environment, about 15% total savings, a better user-to-device ratio of 12:1, and notable sustainability gains including 39% lower energy use, 45% lower greenhouse gas emissions, and 34% less solid waste.
