PKF Ignite, part of the PKF South Africa network, wanted to bring cloud accounting to its practice and clients to stay ahead of industry trends and improve financial visibility. Working with Xero, the firm built a bespoke digital accounting offering to help clients access their financial information anytime, anywhere while supporting a more modern, solution-based approach.

Xero helped PKF Ignite implement cloud accounting across its own books and practice management, alongside client-facing services and new branding. The change improved speed and efficiency, boosted staff motivation, and expanded adoption to six of PKF South Africa’s nine offices, with hesitant employees becoming strong advocates for the new way of working.
