How XPM made a Silicon Valley firm more efficient

Teamworks is a virtual, Silicon Valley–based accounting firm that operates 100% on Xero and provides advisory services across the US. Although principal Carol Hower knew Xero Practice Manager (XPM) was the right choice, their first implementation was set up poorly and didn’t deliver the integrated timekeeping, billing and job‑costing they needed.
