3Bears processes 15,000 orders in a day with Xentral

The e-food start-up 3Bears faced the challenge of automating its fulfillment and production processes to handle a massive, anticipated surge in orders following a national TV appearance. To prepare for this, they partnered with vendor Xentral and implemented its ERP system to scale their operations beyond the limitations of their previous Shopify setup.

Xentral developed a custom, high-performance Shopify interface and individual solutions for their fulfillment provider, enabling nearly unlimited scaling. The implementation was completed in just eight weeks. As a result, 3Bears successfully processed 47,000 orders from the broadcast, including nearly 15,000 orders in the first twelve hours. With processes fully automated, 3Bears now efficiently handles 1,500 orders per day and has significantly expanded its product range.
