Saint Luke’s Health, an integrated academic healthcare system with 16 hospitals and campuses, wanted to reduce costly Accounts Payable errors and the burden of manual supplier statement reconciliation. Before working with Xelix, the AP team relied on expensive recovery audit firms that were reactive, time-consuming, and often only caught the largest mistakes.
