Terrastyle, a UK supplier of bulk planters for retail and wholesale markets, needed a new EDI setup to comply with B&Q’s Easier Programme after their existing system could not support the new requirements. To keep selling through B&Q and maintain smooth operations with partners including Palletways, Terrastyle turned to XEDI for a tailored integration solution using EDI with Sage and Delta V6.

XEDI built a custom, cost-effective system for Terrastyle that handles ASNs, HU labels, manifests, dispatch summaries, invoices, and shipment advice slips, while linking Palletways and back-office systems for real-time transaction visibility. The result was an efficient end-to-end supply chain that enabled Terrastyle to stay compliant with B&Q, continue distribution on time, and improve coordination across order and dispatch processes.
