TeleSlim partnered with [x]cubeLABS to create an app that brings affordable, personalized personal training to people who can’t make it to the gym or hire a trainer. The challenge was to reach the smartphone generation with a seamless experience—assigning trainers, scheduling workouts, recording results and payments—while building a robust backend to handle heavy data across admin, trainer and trainee dashboards and navigating App Store restrictions on payments.

[x]cubeLABS delivered iOS and Android apps plus a website with trainer and admin dashboards, a subscription model to bypass in‑app purchases, an integrated timer, asynchronous chat and YouTube video support for workouts. The solution consolidated key information onto a single screen, proved stable at scale, and left the client satisfied—earning a Phase 2 engagement and transforming how users access remote, trainer-led fitness.
