RFIB, an established international Lloyd’s insurance and reinsurance broker, needed a seamless, integrated broking solution to manage complex quotes, policies, transactions and claims across multi-currency environments while staying compliant with increasingly strict regulation. Xchanging provided Xuber’s Brokasure Enterprise, the insurance broking software used by RFIB to support its end-to-end business processes.

With Brokasure, RFIB automated its full broking lifecycle, improved compliance, and gained the flexibility and configurability needed to support bespoke policies and international operations. Xchanging’s solution is embedded across much of RFIB’s business, used by around one third of the company’s 300 staff, and helps deliver over £400m in annual premiums with greater reliability, control and peace of mind.
