Howden Broking Group, a global specialist insurance broker, needed a faster, more flexible way to produce monthly client statements and turn data into useful management information. Working with Xchanging, it sought to move away from manually intensive, paper-based processes using its incumbent Brokasure Desktop insurance broking software.

Xchanging implemented eStatements and the SID reporting tool to automate statement production and enable real-time reporting from a central SQL database, while also handling end-processing tasks. The result was reduced postage, stationery and staff workload, faster and more accurate client service, easier ad hoc and scheduled reporting, and more up-to-date information for management and finance teams.
