YTL Communications, the telecommunications arm of YTL Corporation Berhad in Malaysia, wanted to strengthen its position as a key 4G network player in the education vertical and needed an IT infrastructure partner to help it compete more effectively. Xchanging partnered with YTL Communications to deliver enhanced mobile internet and cloud-based platforms, along with services such as 24x7 monitoring, application and data centre administration, BCP/DR planning, implementation support, analytics, and digital marketing. The collaboration helped Xchanging Malaysia build a cloud services portfolio for local and international markets, while improving bill publishing time, reducing bill generation costs, speeding web portal access and login times, improving customer satisfaction, and enabling mobile, location-based, and offline account access.
