The organization lacked a way for users to easily give to specific causes and events and required better visibility into its donation data. They partnered with XCentium to implement a solution using Sitecore OrderCloud.

XCentium implemented Sitecore OrderCloud to provide a flexible donation experience, allowing for one-time, recurring, or pledge contributions with multiple payment options via Authorize.net, Google Pay, and PayPal. They also built a custom admin portal for detailed reporting. The solution gave users more payment choices and fewer steps to donate, while providing Texas Health Resources with significantly improved internal visibility and control over donation management.
