The company needed to manage a complex pricing structure and a large product catalog spanning 110 countries, while serving digital subscriptions and downloads used by customers worldwide.
XCentium designed, implemented, and deployed a commerce portal on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) to streamline search, purchasing, and renewals. The solution included SAP Dataservices loading, SAP ERP integration, Avalara tax calculations, Paymetric payment integration, and preparation for digital fulfillment, enabling a high-end mobile and desktop experience; after Phase 1, the portal began rolling out to selected customers and is helping reduce catalog complexity and improve customer service.
