Leading Sports Company worked with XCentium to upgrade its email marketing capabilities for a busy seasonal period. The company needed to contact millions of customers each day using richer customer segmentation data sourced from an Oracle data warehouse, instead of its existing OLTP SQL Server-based segmentation process.

XCentium converted more than 40 T-SQL processes to Oracle PL/SQL, adapted them to a new schema, and updated 600+ related procedure calls using an automated conversion utility. XCentium also tested and tuned the new processes to ensure accuracy and performance, enabling the client to segment customers in the new environment and launch campaigns successfully during its peak season.
