Global Bank partnered with XCentium to re-engineer its back-office operations and business processes. The bank was relying on manual, paper-based workflows that created heavy workloads, long cycle times, and frequent errors, while management lacked real-time visibility into pending, open, and closed transactions.
XCentium documented the bank’s existing processes and designed improved future-state workflows, then automated several steps using a custom Microsoft .NET application.
