Crafting Innovative Solution for the Ayn Rand Institute

The Ayn Rand Institute partnered with XCentium to improve website performance and reduce the time and cost spent on infrastructure management. Using Sitecore 8.2u2, the organization wanted a scalable hosting approach that would let it focus on its mission while supporting multiple websites and user profiles.

XCentium migrated the sites to Microsoft Azure WebApps with Azure SQL Database, a MongoDB VM, and a Gigya connector for Sitecore. The result was a faster, more scalable environment: page load times dropped from 20+ seconds to around 5 seconds for authenticated users, delivering roughly a 4x performance improvement and lower maintenance overhead.
