Colabora, a Spanish surveillance and alarm systems company, faced a challenge in managing its marketing outbound campaigns with a limited number of contact center agents. Their goal was to improve lead management and increase sales funnel conversions by filtering calls to connect only genuinely interested prospects to their human agents. Partnering with vendor XCALLY and their certified partner Inicia Soluciones, they sought a solution using conversational AI.

The solution, implemented by XCALLY, involved creating a voice bot using the XCALLY IVR Designer integrated with Google Dialogflow. This system automatically called leads, used natural language conversations to gauge interest, and then routed interested calls to agents, scheduled callbacks, or logged rejections. This resulted in an almost 80% improvement in agent performance due to pre-filtering and a 30% improvement in initial engagement with leads.
