Casaforte, a leading self storage group in Italy, aimed to maximize lead conversion and needed a way for its qualified staff to better support customers during the purchase decision phase. To address this challenge, they worked with the vendor XCALLY and implemented its video conferencing solution, Vidaoo.

XCALLY's solution involved implementing a virtual counter using Vidaoo, which allowed Casaforte's staff to engage hot leads via video calls. This enabled real-time screen sharing and the use of a digital signature system to finalize sales contracts remotely. As a result, XCALLY helped Casaforte shorten its contract finalization window, increase sales, and totally digitize its contract documentation.
