The Mobile Competence Center (MCC) of the Dutch Customs and Tax Administration needed a better way to support customs officials with an app that would reduce manual work and let them access information anytime, anywhere. They turned to Xamarin to build cross-platform mobile apps for their workforce and citizens.

Using the Xamarin Platform, MCC digitized its inspection process and eliminated paper in the office. The result was higher productivity, faster release of goods, and more inspections completed, with 25 apps built using Xamarin and improved data security through native apps.
