The Warranty Group (TWG), a global provider of warranty solutions operating in more than 35 countries with about 1,700 employees, was struggling with a spreadsheet‑based risk management process that consumed excessive time collating data, increased errors, and prevented real‑time visibility and consistent reporting. To address these challenges, TWG chose Xactium’s cloud‑based Risk Management solution (running on the Salesforce platform) to centralize risk, incident and reporting workflows.

Xactium deployed its out‑of‑the‑box platform with custom reports and an incident portal, trained four core TWG users on a test environment, and completed customizations to accelerate the transition from spreadsheets. The Xactium implementation delivered improved data quality and consistency across business units, near‑instantaneous updates and risk aggregation, clearer real‑time reporting, reduced manual effort and lower error risk — enabling faster, more accurate decision‑making and stronger regulatory compliance.
