Klarna Moves Their Risk Management Process From Spreadsheets To A Flexible ERM Software Platform

Klarna, the Swedish e‑commerce payments provider serving millions of consumers and tens of thousands of merchants, faced a fast‑growing risk landscape managed by disparate spreadsheets and manual processes that threatened data integrity, slowed reporting, and didn’t scale. To address this, Klarna engaged Xactium and adopted Xactium’s cloud‑based risk management solution built natively on the Force.com platform.

As a result (per Xactium), Klarna boosted productivity by shifting time from data collection to analysis, improved risk visibility and communication across business units, enabled real‑time reports and visuals, and gained a scalable, cloud‑hosted system that is updated and monitored without hardware changes or travel.
