CARE Canada, a leading international humanitarian organization, needed a low-cost information and communication technology solution to improve employee productivity. Its teams faced limited or unreliable internet access in some regions, overloaded inboxes from heavy email use, and limited automation around business processes and workflows, so they evaluated X1 Search against other desktop and search options.
X1 implemented a pilot with CARE Canada’s HR team and then rolled it out across HQ employees, with custom indexing and interface settings to minimize performance impact.
