TheKey, a large in-home care provider, faced a challenge in making the brief care notes entered by its providers into their app more comprehensive and easily accessible for clients' families. They partnered with Wursta to develop a scalable solution.

Wursta developed a training data file and used Google's Vertex AI to create a model that automatically generates polished care summaries from raw notes. This solution was seamlessly integrated into TheKey's platform via an API. As a result, TheKey became the first in its industry to offer such comprehensive care insights. Wursta also helped implement a quantifiable QA process to ensure accuracy and build staff comfort with the new AI-driven tool.
