Clarks, the international shoe retailer that sells 55 million pairs annually, partnered with Wunderkind to boost sales from its email channel. Although Clarks had an abandonment program in place, it struggled to recognize when site visitors were already in its CRM and therefore couldn’t trigger high-value abandonment emails to a large portion of traffic.

Wunderkind deployed its identity network and Triggered Email solution to deanonymize 32% of site traffic within a month, driving 12x more visitors back to shop and producing a 5.5x increase in abandonment-email revenue (about 5.4% of digital revenue). Wunderkind also outperformed Clarks’ ROAS goal by more than 3x, enabling expansion into web push and helping its program grow to 11.34% of Clarks’ total digital revenue.
