Boosting Samsonite’s 1-to-1 Marketing Performance

Samsonite, the international luggage manufacturer and retailer, faced the challenge of scaling 1-to-1 email marketing and recovering abandoned revenue as more sales moved online. To boost identification and remarketing reach, Samsonite partnered with Wunderkind and deployed Wunderkind’s identity network and triggered email (abandonment) programs.

Wunderkind deanonymized 24.5% of Samsonite’s site traffic, growing triggered email reach 8.6x and driving 6.1x more revenue from those emails; one month after launch Wunderkind contributed 7.24% of total digital revenue and exceeded Samsonite’s ROAS target by more than 3x. Samsonite later expanded to Wunderkind’s Web Push offering, and Wunderkind now drives 13.8% of Samsonite’s total digital revenue and supports seven additional Samsonite brands.
