A WunderGraph Case Study
Luxury Presence, a platform powering over 50,000 real estate websites, faced scaling challenges as their engineering team grew. Their use of divergent backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers led to duplicated logic and coordination difficulties, slowing down development. This prompted them to seek a solution from the vendor WunderGraph.
Luxury Presence implemented WunderGraph Cosmo, adopting a federated GraphQL architecture to replace their BFFs. This allowed for a progressive, in-place migration that unified their development workflow. The results were significant: the team achieved up to 40 production releases per day, reduced code reviews from three pull requests per feature to just one or two, and enabled full-stack engineers to own features end-to-end, dramatically improving velocity.
