Case Study: Arnab Mobility scales shared micromobility across the Gulf with Wunder Mobility

A Wunder Mobility Case Study

Preview of the Arnab Case Study

How Arnab convinces commuters in the Gulf region to leave their cars at home

Arnab Mobility is a shared micromobility operator in the Gulf region that set out to reduce car dependence in cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Bahrain. Faced with limited public transport coverage, long first-and-last-mile gaps, and a market where most people rely on cars, the company needed a fast way to launch and scale a flexible, affordable service. It partnered with Wunder Mobility and used its fleet management software to get to market quickly.

With Wunder Mobility’s software, Arnab Mobility launched its first fleet in less than six months and scaled to more than 1,000 kickscooters across the UAE. The platform helped Arnab adapt pricing, manage operations, and respond to users in under two minutes, while strategic deployments near stations, offices, campuses, and residential areas increased daily commuting use. By the end of 2020, Arnab reported 2.5 million kWh of energy saved, equivalent to 100 passenger cars, and hundreds of fewer cars on the road.
