Alfa-Bank in Ukraine, a provider of reliable financial services, faced significant integration challenges when introducing a new Temenos T24 core banking system into its existing infrastructure. The bank's IT team, led by Dmitry Lukyanov, struggled with inflexible point-to-point connections, a lack of documentation for legacy systems, and the complexity of the new T24 protocol.
