Veridium Develops World-Class Biometric Federated Authenticator for WSO2 Identity Server

Veridium, an identity and access management software provider focused on biometrics, wanted to strengthen authentication by replacing vulnerable passwords and tokens with a more secure, frictionless approach. To do that, it worked with WSO2 and WSO2 Identity Server to add biometric authentication options such as primary auth, 2FA, MFA, and escalated transactions.

WSO2 helped Veridium quickly build the Veridium Authenticator, a federated biometric authenticator for iOS and Android that supports facial, voice, and 4Fingers™ recognition, plus QR-code and push-based single sign-on. The integration was described as taking less than a month with a single developer, and the result was a certified software-only MFA solution that improved authentication and enabled biometric SSO via SAML or OIDC.
