Transport For London keeps 8 million people moving with WSO2

Transport for London (TfL), the organization responsible for the city's transport system, needed to transform its operational technology to better manage road networks and minimize congestion for its 8 million daily commuters. To address this challenge, TfL partnered with vendor WSO2 to leverage its API management, identity and access management, and integration products.

WSO2 implemented an intelligent road management system for TfL, deploying its products on a private cloud. This solution integrated data from the LondonWorks registry and other sources, providing TfL with better insights into planned and current road works. As a result, WSO2 enabled TfL to improve coordination, compliance, and monitoring, ultimately leading to a smoother commute experience across London.
