IT Convergence, a global enterprise application services provider, faced a complex integration challenge for a US-based jewelry retail client. The client needed to sync customer data in real-time across its custom POS application, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Salesforce to enhance customer engagement and decrease sales cycle time, all while working within a constrained budget.
