Building on WSO2 for a Comprehensive Healthcare Solution

ZeOmega, a U.S.-based healthcare company and market leader in population health management, needed a way to expose its Jiva platform services through APIs and integrate smoothly with internal and external healthcare systems. Using WSO2, ZeOmega aimed to reduce the IT burden and cost of maintaining multiple integration methods while supporting secure access for third-party applications and vendors.

With WSO2 API Manager and WSO2 Enterprise Service Bus, ZeOmega turned Jiva’s existing business logic into APIs, added API lifecycle management and centralized security, and created a mediation layer for validation and data transformation. The result was high-performance, scalable interoperability across systems, lower cost of ownership, and a more flexible end-to-end healthcare solution that ZeOmega can continue expanding with WSO2.
