AXA Malaysia Builds a Secure, Centralized System to Provide More Choices for Their Customers

AXA Malaysia, part of the AXA Group, needed a secure, centralized way to integrate IT systems with third-party partners so it could offer customers more insurance choices and support future growth. The company wanted to expose APIs safely while maintaining strong security and scalability, and it selected WSO2 API Manager through its implementation partner KGISL.

WSO2 helped AXA Malaysia deploy an API-driven, on-premises solution to centralize systems, manage API releases, analyze traffic, and secure authentication and authorization. The result was a stable platform with no bottlenecks that now supports about 150 website visits per day and securely exposes 23 APIs, creating a foundation for expanding to more product lines and services.
