Waiting Room Solutions (WRS) partnered with Dr. Gregory W. Nestor’s primary care practice in St. Petersburg, FL after the practice discovered their outside billing company was collecting less than half of what was owed. Practice manager Chantel Jackson led a search for an EMR that would improve billing accuracy, support Dragon dictation, and streamline appointment follow‑ups.

The practice implemented WRS’s cloud EMR and brought billing in‑house; the system scrubs claims and flags errors before they reach the clearinghouse, integrates dictation and patient data, and provides e‑prescribing, online scheduling, messaging and a patient portal. As a result, claims turnaround shortened to about seven days, billing errors were largely eliminated, the practice saved two to three hours per day, and patient communication and operational efficiency improved.
