Guiker, a high-growth online rental platform, needed a faster way to create bulk home rental listings for property managers, corporations, and landlords. The company was handling up to 25 listings per week manually by pulling details from Salesforce or existing listing links, then posting them on the Guiker website and updating Salesforce afterward. Wrk helped Guiker address this challenge with Hybrid Automation.
Wrk implemented a hybrid workflow combining bots and its global Wrkforce to extract listing data from Salesforce, review source listing pages, create new Guiker listings, and sync the public link and listing details back into Salesforce. The result was about 100 listings created per month, improved cost and company efficiency, and staff redeployed to higher-value work while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
